It is not the first time I'm taking the low cost airliner..name it.. it could be AIRASIA, CEBU PACIFIC AIR, TIGER AIRWAYS, JET AIR etc.... For a planned trip it is good. You can get a cheaper fare... but as the saying goes...."IF YOU GIVE NUTS... YOU CAN JUST ONLY GET MONKEYS" I think it's true...
If you are late for checking in.... Your ticket and fare will be void and invalid (You will loose your hard earn money) BUT If the airliner is late..it doesn't matter for how long..it could be 1 hour or 1 day.... JUST SORRY.... we got nothing but just sorry... Real bias..one sided...
Something could be done..... could we be spare a cup of coffee..at least!!!! not just sorry cause their sorry is only to please them but not us the consumer or else... they also owe us an accumulating sorry... that could be utilize on our ongoing trip..... that will costs our money.
